Perfectly located and comfortable accommodations. Host was friendly and willing to assist with anything we may have needed and fun activities to check out while there.
We really enjoyed the proximity to the bike trail. We rode our bikes from the property to the trail and biked to the Falls and beyond on both the American and Canadian sides. The traffic was light so biking was great!
The location was very close to Niagara falls, price is reasonable for the stay. Mike the host was very helpful and friendly, gave us extra time during the check out. Process was easy and smooth.
The location in regard to the attractions we wanted to visit was perfect. The rental was clean, we were able to park off the street, and the time we spent at the rental was peaceful and quiet. The host messaged me each day to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again.
Mike was great to deal with, very prompt response time and gave us some great tips to explore the area! Property is still under renovation but is clean. Neighborhood is rough (as are many area of Niagara Falls) but they are trying to make strides to improve the area. Great local donut shop ((Frankie’s!!)
we came for the eclipse and saw some spectacular falls as well!
Exactly as advertised, simple but cute and very clean house, close to the falls but just far enough that you can escape the craziness. Extremely friendly and helpful host

Niagara Falls Weekend Trip
The neighborhood was very run down. The driveway was uneven to where the rental car bottomed out and got scratched up. There was hardly any room to get in and out of the car due to how cramped it was because of a fence, trashcans, and a wooden barrier. The house looked brand new online but when we got there we realized it was a very old home that had new flooring and paint. The first floor was very cramped and didnt have much room. The chair had stains on the seat, there were not any dishes to really cook with, the windows were very old and we noticed they were all unlocked, and there were only about 3 towels for everyone. Going up or down the stairs was very loud with the old creaking of the steps so we woke everyone up when we came downstairs. The upstairs had plenty of room and a huge bathroom. There was something either in the walls or on the roof that made a lot of noise to where we couldnt sleep at all though. We did notice some doors in the house that would not open which left an uneasy feeling as what was behind that. Overall the home was clean other than the seats. However, it was near downtown and it made travel easy. We never met the landlord and there was a coded lock on the door to allow entry and exit. I felt this was the same price as a hotel with less benefits. We had fun but I am glad we didnt stay more than a few days. There was not enough to do for more than a long weekend.
Would reccomend to a family that will not be cooking, brings there own towels, doesnt care about the neighborhood, and doesnt mind an older home.

The house wasn't bad, however it is in a run down neighborhood, as in houses in various states of disrepair and shady characters roaming around. Way too expensive for that area. I wouldn't say it was a slum - but not far from it.
Owner states " don't mind the construction that is underway". There are some sections on the outside that they may be referring to that are boarded up and appears the repairs are on pause.
