Host never responded to any messages or gave access to the property. Even when VRBO tried to call them they never answered. Thank goodness VRBO was amazing. I got a full refund and they helped me secure a place to stay.

The host never provided access to the property. Zero communication. I attempted to communicate 6 times and even drove to the property. The host never communicated with me one time. After 2 hours on the phone with VRBO, I was able to secure a refund.
