Topside - Kick back and relax in your tropical hideaway by the sea!

Topside is a sophisticated beach house at the northern end of the island nestled next to the Sea of Abaco. Surrounded by a tropical garden in the front and a calm pristine beach in the back, this small oasis is the perfect rental for a family or three couples that want to get away from it all.

The floor plan is designed in a way that everyone has lots of privacy. On the main floor, there are two master king bedrooms each with their own bathroom on opposite ends of the house separated by the living room & kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with up-to-date stainless steel appliances, lots of cooking utensils, a walk in pantry and birds-eye view of the Sea of Abaco. There are two dining areas that seats 6 comfortably inside or outside, you choose! The living room has new sofas, satellite, a smart TV, and a small desk if needed.
Upstairs is a king suite with a private bathroom and a gorgeous upper view of the Sea of Abaco. If you want to go up even further there is a door on the second floor that leads out to an overlook that will give you a 360 degree views of the island!

The outside space has wrap-around decks, with seating & dining overlooking the Sea of Abaco. On the ground level you will have access to an outdoor shower and steps that lead straight down to the beach. With all that this house has to offer, you won’t ever need to leave!

There is no dedicated dock slip in the boat basin for Topside. Guests have to use the north end dock fist come first serve basis accommodates up to 32ft vessel.

No children under 10 years old.

Weekly rates range from $5670 - $5800
*Rates are determined by number of people and seasons. Rates are subject to change and/or adjust even after rentals begin if the number of guests change.
