Dishes Please wash/ dry dishes, glasses, cups ,silverware , pots , pans and put in cupboards or shelves. Personal food/drink Remove from fridge, cupboards, microwave and oven and take with you. .
Blender Rinse/ return to cupboard. Coffee maker Empty grains/ k cups in trash. Rinse pot. Trash Put all bath, kitchen and bedroom trash in exterior trash cans.
Towels Please put used towels and face cloths in tub. Bed linens Please leave used beds unmade so cleaners know which beds were used. Thermostat Set to 72 upon leaving Thank you!!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Security deposit required in advance- $200. Additional $200 for pet.
Pet charge- $50 per pet per stay

My family and I stayed here a few nights to visit the falls and Buffalo and had nothing but nice things to say about the property. It was well appointed, had everything we needed and was in a great location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great House, Great Host

This is a wonderful comfortable place to stay. The house is charming and the garden in back is lovely! It was great to have a fenced yard for our furkids and the garden room was special. Geri was a pleasure to deal with and was most cooperative to our needs. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect House and Location

We visited West Seneca to see family and friends - the location was perfect! Easy access to freeways, the Thruway... The house was super clean and comfortable... we enjoyed the WiFi and the Smart TV's; the kitchen was well-equipped and loved the Keurig! :-) Our furkids enjoyed the lovely backyard. Our host was easy to reach and a pleasure to communicate with. All in all a great stay - will come again!!!

Retro Retreat

The house was a blast from the past. Very authentic as well as comfortable. Great for two or four people and a pet. If you are coming for reunion weekend in East Aurora, it is very convenient to the 400. Nice neighborhood for dog walking.
