This Creekside home is conveniently located to world class fishing, waterfalls, hiking, golf, tennis, and gem mining. Only 1 mile to Lake Glenville public boat ramp/beach, 6 miles to Cashiers,16 miles to Highlands, both have grocery, shopping, live entertainment, and restaurants, 35 miles to Harrah's Casino, many waterfalls/hiking tails, and national forests.

Come and enjoy this 3 bedroom home with WiFI that sleeps 6, (1 queen, 1 full, and twin bunk beds) that is immaculately maintained and cleaned. Large second story covered deck overlooks the backyard creek and firepit, family room features shuffleboard, foosball, large flat screen TV and gas fireplace.

Please do not go into side yard as Contemporary single wide is still being remodeled that is roughly 50 yards from main home. Basement of main home is being utilized for storage and home owner/Builder may come and go as needed for supplies during daytime hours. With the entry to the basement being in the back yard from the outside this should not disturb our guests.

Between us we have 4 children and 5 grandchildren that come frequently to visit us from AR, GA, TN, PA and just up the road Sapphire NC. John is the President of SullBark Builders, Inc, Master Builder having worked in construction for nearly 40 years as a custom home builder and doing large remodels (sullbarkbuilders.com) and Karen is a REALTOR (realtorkarensullivan.com). This rental is a private endeavor and not related to either business. However once you visit and fall in love with our community and the mountains we can help you build or purchase your very own retreat. We enjoy spending our work days helping others to find their very own personal Paradise here on the Plateau. Our leisure time with our family and friends on the Lake, backyard fun, waterfalls and dining. We are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Highlands, Karen, a board member and past president of Cashiers Rotary Club, both are members of Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce. We love living in the mountains and hope you enjoy your visit.
