Jortea - Helette - Gîte
Spacious and bright, brand new holiday cottage occupying the ground floor of the house (the upper floor is unoccupied), adjoining a dwelling that will be occupied from 2027. It has its own separate entrance. No overlooking neighbors; from the terrace, you have a view of the mountains opposite, including the renowned Mont Baigurra (897 meters), home to a leisure center offering paragliding, mountain biking, restaurants, hiking trails, and the option to take a small train to the summit (5 km by car). The surrounding area is a mix of meadows and woods, with walks starting right from the cottage. Large 60 m² living room with French doors opening onto the covered terrace. - Equipped kitchenette (induction hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher). Dining area. - Adjoining utility room (washing machine) - Living room (sofas, TV, 4G Wi-Fi internet connection) - 1 bedroom (1 queen bed). Bed made up for your arrival and towels provided. 1 folding cot (travel cot). - Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate WC. Carport. South-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and an electric griddle with views of the surrounding countryside. 2 sun loungers. Small unfenced garden opening onto meadows. Cows, sheep, and chickens nearby. Agricultural shed. Small neighborhood where the owner's family lives (she does not live on the premises): 1 house behind the cottage and an adjoining house.
