Large gîte located in a quiet location ("one day here is better than a thousand elsewhere" wrote the monk Guillaume in the 10th century). Consisting of three bedrooms (7-9 beds), access to swimming pool, orchard and woods from the property.
Optional: wellness room, equipped with 4 fitness machines, jacuzzi and sauna.
Located 500 metres from the Iberian Scand, all around us, hiking, cycling and horseback riding trails.
Large outbuildings and sheds, enough to put the bikes in safety, clean them.
Gite close to Futuroscope, La Roche Posay, the castles of the Loire, Saumur....
Rental possible by the night or only a few days.
