The Mas consists of two communicating and independent apartments: the Grenier and Le Petit Miracle, both located on the ground floor and each offering a beautiful authentic, modern and autonomous living space.

Each of the two apartments offers a beautiful bright living room with a living-dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedrooms, all equipped with reversible air conditioning, are nestled upstairs ensuring comfort and privacy.

On request, a child's bed, a changing mat and a high chair can be provided.

Outside, meals will be most pleasant, sheltered from the sun under a parasol.
The pool area will allow you to relax, enjoy the sun or enjoy an aperitif.

The swimming pool measures 6.5m x 3.5m and the property offers different outdoor areas embellished with oleanders, olive trees and rosemary. The whole is fully fenced, walled and has a gated parking area.

Ideally located, the place allows you easy access to Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (less than 10 minutes by car), all the famous and fascinating villages and many activities: golf, mountain bike rides, canoeing, fishing, tree climbing, equestrian centre...

Lagnes offers a bread depot, a supermarket, a bar, a pharmacy, restaurants and a doctor.
