Está situada estratégicamente a mitad de camino entre el centro de Ribadeo y la Playa de las Catedrales, con acceso a la playa más cercana en 5 minutos.
La casa de reciente construcción dispone de tres plantas, la planta baja con garaje, sala de estar, un dormitorio y un baño, la primera planta con cocina, salón comedor, dos dormitorios y dos baños, y la planta alta con dos dormitorios, un salón biblioteca y otro baño. Todas las habitaciones son soleadas y con vistas a los montes cercanos y al mar.
Pueden alojarse cómodamente ocho personas adultas y tres niños, y con posibilidad de cunas para bebes.
Dispone de una finca cerrada de 10.000 m2 con prado, arbolado, huerto, jardín y zona de barbacoa con amplia mesa y bancos de piedra para poder comer o cenar fuera.

This property met our needs. We are 3 single senior citizens. Its was clean and tidy and close to Ribadeo by car. The grounds were lovely with beautiful flowers and trees. Fresh figs were a delight! The kitchen is stocked with plates and glassware and the appliances were all in order. We never did figure out how to get the oven working but were able to cook using the stove top.The shower stall is very small but having a jetted tub is great, if one prefers it. Having a washing machine is a boon for travelers. Because of two flights of marble stairs, i would not recommend this rental for small children or those with mobility issues. The view of the ocean was from one of the bathrooms. The host responded to every request in a timely and friendly fashion.
