Between Pont du Gard and Uzès

This villa, in the immediate vicinity of the Pont du Gard, is located in a small medieval village, on the triangle of Nîmes, Uzès, Avignon and will seduce you with its calm and location. Fully furnished, you will have a kitchen equipped with all household appliances, open to a bright living room equipped with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms (1 bed x 180 in one and 2 beds x 90, in the other), a bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks, separate toilet.<br>The swimming pool area (with alarm and open from mid-June to October depending on the weather) and its deckchairs will welcome you for moments of relaxation, in the middle of a 500 m² garden with trees and flowers. You can enjoy the terrace and take your meals outside in the shade of the pergola, an electric plancha is at your disposal next to a sink cabinet.<br>Pool heating on request well in advance, with supplement, from April to June, from mid-September to October, always depending on the weather.<br>This villa is ideal for 4 people and is equipped with WIFI and a flat-screen TV.<br>Courtyard parking on site.<br>The house is rentable all year round, on request of availability, and is heated in winter of course.<br>Rentals are made with a minimum of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season (from June to September inclusive). Discount granted for a rental of 2 consecutive weeks.<br>Beds are made on arrival, linen is provided and included in the linen and cleaning package (mandatory), with the exception of pool towels.<br>Ideal geographical location, this house is at the crossroads of the great tourist encounters, between Provence, Camargue and Cévennes, close to the Luberon, the Alpilles and prestigious cities where history can be read in every stone: Nîmes, Avignon, Uzès, Arles, Saint-Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, the Camargue, the sea, Provence and its typical villages, etc... 5 minutes away, one of the must-see monuments, the Pont du Gard aqueduct, a masterpiece of ancient architecture, classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.<br>Bike rides are appreciated by enthusiasts, on the greenways from the village. Many activities await you in the surroundings, such as horse riding, caving, hiking, rafting, canoeing, fishing, or swimming in the Gardon gorges.
