Away from the crowds of tourists, but quickly on the beach, the apartment is located directly on the Schoritzer Wiek, in the southern part of the island of Rügen.
Constantly renovated and modernly furnished, the 55sqm apartment has a bedroom with double bed, bright, friendly dining area with kitchen, cozy living area with sofa bed and satellite TV, bathroom with shower and a terrace with water views for convivial barbecues.

You can find relaxation in your own boat, which can be chartered fully equipped, while fishing in a top area or to relax on the water. The associated jetty is only 100 meters away from the apartment.

Two children's bicycles (16 'and 24') as well as a women's and men's bike are available free of charge.

The apartment has external blinds on every window.
