3rd Floor Incredible Location-Wifi-2 BR/2 BA Loft Sleeps 8

You'll love the location. This small complex is one you'll return to. Starting with the covered parking to the pristine white beaches your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. Our place is spacious with over 1400 square feet. The large den has sliding glass access to the private patio. The large patio with a picnic table has a view of the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the roar of the surf and view the gulf day or night.

We love spending time with our family in the den and one the patio. The den has room for your blow up mattress. The large loft offers a semi-private get away for quiet time and naps. The loft has a comfortable twin bed and a futon to add sleeping area so you have plenty of room. We have two private bedrooms with comfortable beds. The master has it's own sliding door access to the patio. Our condo has tile floors in the bathrooms, kitchen and den with carpet in the bedrooms. We have new appliances, counters, blinds, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and lots of utensils for cooking meals. This condo has 2 TV's, 1 DVD/VCR's. Seascape complex has wifi thru-out the complex. Come visit and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Perfect stay

Our family rents this condo every year because it's wonderful. I love that it's a smaller complex so the beach is not crowded. Close to shopping, and convienent to the pier for fishing. Owner is responsive and very pleasant to work, should the need arise. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We were in for a baseball tournament for a week. This place was very convenient to all of the fields that we played, the beach, restaurants, and arcades. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family. At the end of the long hot days, is was a very nice place to cool off and relax. This was our first time using VRBO and the owner was very prompt in answering all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem don’t sleep on this one

This place will not disappoint you! The view is amazing and beach access is literally just a stones throw away. Amazing balcony that did allow for quiet time in the morning and at night. Did I mention the beds were so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again, if available, when we go back to the beach. Perfect for a week long family get away. My friend loved the fact it has an elevator too.

Orange Beach Vacation 2025

My family and I had a wonderful time at our unit in Orange Beach. It was clean and convenient to all the places we like to go. Loved sitting on the balcony and we had a good beach view. Easy walk to the beach from the unit and having an elevator was a plus! I have no bad reviews on this place just couldn’t get our TV sound to work in the living room. Other than that, we had a great time and would love to book here again.

Great place to stay. Morning coffee on the balcony looking over the ocean, does it get any better? We even saw dolphins swimming by one early morning! Customer service was A++. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in Orange Beach

Our trip was overall lovelt in Orange Beach. The condo was a bit dated, but given that we were not in there much, that was not a big deal. The area was quiet and in close proximity to a lot of attractions.

We purchased at this location because we love the Orange Beach area and all it offers our family. My children ranges from 11 yrs old to 27 yrs old and there is something for everyone. The Seascape complex is a great place for families. It is small so you don't have to fight crowds. We are close to the sand and all you have to do is open the balcony door to hear the music of the ocean. It has a great view and the condo is spacious and homey. It holds our large family with room to spare

We are located in the heart of Orange Beach. You are near all the essentials so you don't waste your precious vacation time running long errands for you and your family. Our place has a well equipped kitchen from dishes to pots and pans. We have games, books, videos, TV's with DVD and VCR players. The beds are comfortable and the distance to the beach is hard to beat. The covered parking adds a touch of ease that makes your time just a little more relaxing. Come stay with us!
