Seaside St John Villa - Amazing View, Amazing Pool & 2 min walk to Private Beach

Enjoy you own private beach or swim under the pool’s waterfall into a cozy covered grotto to relax on one of the many seats or swim under a second waterfall to a secluded outside pool sitting area and enjoy the amazing view. The kids will have the rest of the large pool to themselves. These distinct separate areas allow plenty of room for everyone to enjoy different water activities.

Seaside St. John is a Luxury Mediterranean style villa with 5 bedrooms and 5.5  bathrooms. The entrance to the is villa through a lush tropical courtyard. The property has been terraced and landscaped with local and exotic plants to preserve the real feeling of St.John.

As you enter the main living area you see the expanse of our Bay and its coral reef against the backdrop of Drakes Passage and the island of Tortola through huge custom made mahogany sliding doors. Mahogany is used throughout the villa mixed with Egyptian stone floors, granite and marble countertops, and other unique stones.

The main living area has a plenty of seating and a dining table that seats 10 and can be expanded to seat 12. There is an additional covered outside dining area complete with barbecue grill and a pass through to the kitchen. A sitting area connects the main living area to the upper level master suite. There are huge outside decks for the sun worshipers and covered decks with overstuffed sofas and chairs for those who love the shade off the main living area.  Turtles can often be spotted from one of these many  decks and Pelicans are frequently seen diving for food.

Seaside St John has 4 unique master bedroom suites plus a kids bedroom with a 55” TV and full over full bunk bed. One bedroom is off the pool deck, a romantic Canopy bed graces another, the third bedroom has an outside garden shower and a fold out sofa bed in a separate sitting area and the upstairs bedroom has an outside garden shower and a screened in porch. All 4 master suites have either a deck or a porch and sensational views.

The lounge/media room has a 65" TV.  It is directly off the pool deck and connects to the outside bar through a kitchenette which has an ice maker, microwave and full size refrigerator.

Your pool has a large soaking tub, with an area for swimmers, seats for cooling off while sipping your drinks and a private “ cave” as well as a secluded open air grotto overlooking a garden and the beautiful bay. There are lounge chairs for sunning and a shaded sitting area in the Portico with overstuffed cushions. The pool bar is spacious and has an imported marble top. Conveniently located directly off the pool deck is a full bathroom with shower, dressing area and towel storage.

Wide stairs from the pool deck take you down to a path to your private beach. At the top of the stairs there is an outside hand held shower for rinsing off your snorkeling or diving equipment. The beach has a small sandy area above the waterline, and an open area with picnic table, and lounge chairs. Seaside St John is located on Haulover Bay North which is well known  as the best snorkeling site on St John with just a short swim away you can discover incredible underwater structures, corals, and fish in 4′ to 20′ of water. Sting rays, turtles and occasionally lobster can be seen. We provide 2 stand up paddle boards, a kayak and snorkeling equipment.

If you do feel the need to leave your villa then Coral Bay is nearby with its stores and restaurants and the famous North Shore beaches are 15 minutes away. The rest of the island, the national park with its hiking trails and interesting plantation ruins are all close by. Best of all once you have experienced the rest of St.John you will be to be able to return to your own private beach estate.
