Best Value on Destin's Scenic Gulf Drive with Private Beach!

Thanks for looking at our VRBO listing! You will notice that our condo is one of the quickest to book of all of the Gulfview units. Why? Because over 90% of our guests stay with us each and every year due to:

(1) our value-based rental pricing.,
(2) our meticulously clean unit!

Both the bedroom and the living room have new flat screen televisions!

The kitchen has a new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new flatware/utensils, new dishes and new pots & pans!.

Gulfview II Condominium is a charming three-story building with 350 feet of deeded beach, which is a very short (2 minute) walk across the street. This unit is a one bedroom with queen-size bed and hall bunks (two twin beds); the living room has a brand new premium comfort queen-size sofa sleeper.

The small private balcony has a slight Gulf view depending on the courtyard vegetation. (Don't rent this place for the view....rent it for the value!)

There are two pools, one heated and a hot tub on premises. There is a washer and dryer (accepts credit cards) on each floor of the complex.

Please come relax and enjoy our beautiful beaches. No pets and no smoking. At least one guest must be age 25 or older and show proof of age prior to check-in.

Location location location

Great location for me and my significant other to spend an extended weekend. Super quick walk across to the private beach. Easy walk to both Kenny D or Popano Joes for lunch. Just adjacent to the second pool.

The place was very clean, enough towels. The private beach access was amazing, we just had to cross over the street and it was right there. Parking was very easy to access. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Convenient location to the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at Golf View. It was a quick walk to the beach and had two beautiful pools. The unit was perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely recommend it to stay in for any length of time.

Great place, short walk to the beach

Great place to stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bunk beds in the hallway are an awesome use of space. The property was clean and on the quiet side. Walking distance to Kenny D’s restaurant. Property manager was great and made sure we were taken care of.

Nothing fancy but clean and comphy with Ice cold AC, TVs with Cable - fully stocked kitchen if plan to cook .. perfect after day at pool or beach .

Great Location

We had a great stay! Location was amazing and easy access to the beach. Cons would have to be the shower needs some maintenance- the knob is really loose and can’t really get the water to a good temp you either take a hot hot shower or a cool shower. Overall was a good stay for me and my family.

This condo was everything we needed. Its conveniently located right across the street from the beach. I really liked that it has private access to the beach. The beach wasnt neatly as crowded here as it was to the leftvand right of the private area. Any future trips to Mirimar beach, ill definitly be looking to stay here again.

Perfect location at a great price!

We love the location! The condo is nice and will definitely stay there again. This was oyr second time there. The price is good too. We've paid quite a bit more at same complex for not so great condos. Highly recommend... Thank you!

Great time

Had a great time property was as pictured and described. The pool and hot tub right outside was really nice especially cause it was a little colder than expected. First time in the area really cool with plenty to do. The beach was a very short walk across the street with private access. Most beautiful white sand and great beaches! The place itself could use some updating but overall had a great time and stay and would both recommend and come again! Thank you!
