Gulfview II Condominium is a charming three-story building with 350 feet of deeded beach, which is a very short (2 minute) walk across the street. This unit is a one bedroom with queen-size bed and hall bunks (two twin beds); the living room has a brand premium comfort, queen-size sofa sleeper.

The small private balcony has a slight Gulf view depending on the courtyard vegetation. (Don't rent this place for the view....rent it for the value!)

The spacious pool is heated seasonally and there is a fabulous hot tub on premises. There is a washer and dryer (accepts credit cards) on each floor of the complex.
