Yes, it really is a treehouse! Crafted on western cedar trees, this treehouse is a perfect blend of enchantment and rustic mountain luxury. Bringing Colorado's beautiful outdoors into the treehouse, you'll find a large cedar tree reaching from floor to ceiling in the open concept living, dining, kitchen area, Hand-hewn, live edge trim surrounding the windows and doors and natural river rock accenting the kitchen and baths gives a natural feel to the space. With 3 cozy bedrooms and 4 beds (2 King beds and a queen over queen bunk) and 3.5 bathrooms, this grown up treehouse has everything you need for a fabulous mountain vacation! In addition to the open space living area there is an additional game room complete with a cozy gas stove, 75 inch TV, desk, pool table and bar. Soak in the salt water hot tub or daydream on the swings under the treehouse, while taking in the grand views of the Quandary Peak Rand and the Blue River below. Enjoy the seclusion of the mountains, all while being just a short drive (7 min to ski lift) or free bus ride, from all the best sights and activities that Breckenridge has to offer... skiing, snowshoeing, XC skiing, dog sledding, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, jeep tours, hiking and exploring the historic town or Breckenridge.

John and I are natives of Colorado and needless to say, we LOVE the mountains! We're kids at heart and love to hike, fish, admire wildlife and laugh till we cry!
Why they chose this property
We owned a traditional log cabin in Granby, Colorado that burned to the ground in the East Troublesome Fire in October of 2020 ,which was very sad, but we have much to be thankful for! We wanted to replace our beautiful log cabin with something that was unique and cool like our log cabin and the Quirky Treehouse fit the description!
