Two living areas equipped with TV contribute to amplified sound of one game or two viewing parties separate of each other while the rest of the crew hangs in the pool out back. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms fully equipped with anything you'll need make this golf course home a perfect "home base" on your next visit to Arizona.
Available January 19 to March 31 each year, with the possibility of exceptions outside those dates! It's been well-loved by the Owner's family and will continue to be their gathering place when they are not allowing you to enjoy it, too!
Hot tub was just installed in the perfect spot to catch a sunset any time of year! Enjoy a cozy kitchen, two entertainment zones, 3 spacious bedrooms and an INCREDIBLE backyard!

This South facing backyard, particularly, is equipped for INCREDIBLE views!! The golfers on this course are respectful so we do not encounter any riff raff, just gorgeous views of these greens rolling seamlessly through our neighborhood.
