Very well located, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town centre of Etretat, the house is very comfortable and offers an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends. Very bright with large bay windows overlooking a large wooded garden and the top of the cliffs, the house has several parking spaces, which is very rare. It is a warm family home decorated with care.<br>It has 4 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms<br>Bed linen and towels are not provided unless previously arranged with an additional package

Emplacement parfait pour se rendre au centre d’etretat, au bord de mer et aux falaises. Maison très calme malgré la proximité avec la route. Bien équipée, propre, et très confortable pour 8 adultes. Beau jardin qui apporte de l’ombre, duquel on entrevoit les falaises. Les instructions étaient claires et le contact avec la propriétaire fluide. Toujours agréable d’avoir un lot d’épicerie et de produits ménager dans une location.

Sehr grosszügiges Ferienhaus (grösser als auf den Fotos ersichtlich) mit schönen Zimmern und grossem Wohnzimmer. Der eigene Garten lädt zu gemütlichen, erholsamen Stunden "zu Hause" ein. Sonnig und trotzdem windgeschützt kann man den Tag ausklingen lassen, während die Kinder bereits schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super, freundlich, sehr entgegenkommend und wir erhielten immer sehr rasch Antwort auf eine Anfrage, auch während dem Aufenthalt.Fazit: eine wunderbare Unterkunft, auch für eine Familie mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.
