Villa Sans Souci – Provençal villa with pool

Villa Sans Souci welcomes up to 7 guests in Moissac-Bellevue, in the Verdon Regional Natural Park. This 130 m² villa with a private pool sits within 3,500 m² of wooded grounds. In the shade of the oak trees, the garden is a peaceful spot to read, relax or share an aperitif at the end of the day.
The house has three bedrooms, including a children’s bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Air conditioning is provided in the living room. Fibre internet and parking on the property are also available.
Outside, enjoy the 10 × 4 metre swimming pool and the terrace with its barbecue and plancha grill. A table tennis table and a pétanque court offer opportunities for games with family and friends. For a quiet break, settle into one of the hammocks beneath the trees.
Lac de Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon are highlights of the region, with opportunities for swimming in the lake, canoeing, paddleboarding, boat trips, walks and exploring Provençal villages. Around 5 km away, Aups offers restaurants, markets and shops. You’ll also find supermarkets in both Aups and Régusse.
The villa can be reached from Nice and Marseille airports or Aix-en-Provence TGV station. Longer stays are welcome; special rates may be available depending on the length of your stay and the season.
