Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. Absolutely no candle burning. No large gatherings. Pool is for registered guests only.
Please be quiet after 10pm as there are people living below and in adjoining units
No glass in pool area. $75.00 fee will be charged for lost proximity card. $50.00 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior approval

We had a great stay at Greg’s place! He has amazing communication and he keeps everything clean, up-to-date, and very welcoming. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking, the washer and dryer were definitely a bonus and having a pool here was wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is well desired by renters. With two pools, 3 gas grills, plenty charcoal grills, and a volleyball net in green space area. Riparian Preserve with numerous wildlife habitat is less then a 2 mile walk along the canal.
