The location of the villa is perfect, 300 meters to the beach, 500 meters to restaurants, sailing and surfing opportunities.
Night bazaar and wine houses also 10 minutes by car.
About villa, large garden with vegetables, barbeque facility, conservatory, large living room, open kitchen.
Second floor have 3 private bedrooms, one of them has ensuite bathroom. All rooms have air condition. Also there is an another bathroom for other rooms which has waching machine and dryer.
First floor has two large sofas which can be also use for sleeping comfortably.
All kinds of electrical appliances and kitchenware are available on kitchen.
