A National Historic Landmark the building includes a beautiful covered veranda for reading and people-watching, a lovely lounging garden, with a wonderful pool and patio. The property is only one and half blocks to the beach, two blocks to the Royal Poinciana promenade as well as the picturesque bike/walking trail along the intercostal waterway. There is a luxurious day spa at the lobby of the hotel. Right across from the Publix grocery store and a convenient stroll to a dozen excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and bike/moped rentals.

A car is NOT necessary. The property is a ten minute ride from West Palm Beach International Airport. Use Uber for travel anywhere in Palm Beach County. The Tri-Rail train service offers connections to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports.

The unit comes has a standard efficiency kitchen which has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Perfect for couples, business travelers or for those looking for an island adventure. Concierge is available 24/7. Washer and dryer is in the basement.

A quick walk to The Breakers

This was a business trip. The Breakers, where I had a conference, was sold out and far more expensive. This one bedroom condo worked just fine! A 10-15 min walk, in the heart of Palm Beach. I could eat and sleep there and it had a nice pool!

Great location

10 minutes walk to the Breakers for a business meeting, so location was key. Pleasant walk to the beach and local establishments. The building is older and you still use a physical key, but they had a nice mezzanine level set up like a library. The room was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the owner was great.

Adorable apartment in a great location

We stayed here while in town for a wedding, and the unit was great - looks just like the photos in the listing. Everything felt very clean and the bed was very comfortable!The building could use a refresh, but it appeared to be in the midst of that construction. The location couldn’t be better - walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach!

Girl’s Weekend in PB

We had a perfect stay for my daughter’s birthday. The unit was just as pictured and described. The main building is a beautiful historic hotel. We walked everywhere. Beach chairs, kitchenette with all the supplies we needed, beautiful decor. Communication with the property manager was the best I’ve experienced in a rental. Would 100% stay again.

Okay for vacation, not work

If I just needed a crash pad for a PB vacation, this rental would have been ideal. It had everything to enjoy the beach (towels, beach chairs, etc.). Unfortunately, I didn't need those as I needed to work in the unit (a lot). For work, this unit was VERY limited (e.g., could not find a place to plug in my computer). The building is old and the walls are very thin. Again, probably less of a problem if I was on vacation but I was there to work.

It was perfect for what I needed and close to where I needed to be each day. Parking was a bit of a challenge but once I found out you could part on the street from 6pm to 9am for free it all worked out.

Awesome Get away

Quaint and a lovely piece of paradise. Walking distance to the Breakers and to the beach in beautiful palm beach. I was here on business and it was perfect. I had to walk back and forth to the Breakers hotel each day and it was a leisurely 15 min walk.

Location location location

Location was great! Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Check in was easy with valet parking and bike rentals that were easy. The pool area was great! The apartment was nice with all the equipment needed for a day at the beach. This was really appreciated. The building the apartment is in is a historical landmark and is in the process of being updated

Wonderful stay!

I have stayed in several units in this building over the past 5 years and this is my favorite. The unit was very clean and the host was great with communication no matter the time of day. The room is nicely furnished and again, super clean which is important to me. The kitchen has everything you need (and more) for a comfortable visit. Every single item in the sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom was well thought out and perfectly placed. The location of the building could not be better. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, the cute diner at the end of the block and the beautiful Publix store across the street which stocks good wine, caviar and other fabulous items. Parking is included in your stay with this unit through the valet. I hope this unit is available for my next trip to Palm Beach as I visit multiple times a year!

Lovely stay

This little studio is a delight. It is close to everything: beach, airport, grocery store, restaurants etc.) It's perfect for a quick, relaxing get-away. Most of the ladies who man the front desk are wonderful. In particular, Maggie was amazing! She went out of her way to make 4-year-old my daughter feel like a queen.

Great Location and Value

We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Suite. It is a short walk from so many shops and amazing restaurants and the Publix is a stones throw across the street. You get more of a sense of what it would be like to have a little apartment when you stay at the Palm Beach Hotel/Condominiums. There is some lobby construction and the common spaces are a little bit older, however the room was great!

Carpeted hallways could use some work. The room itself was great, clean with everything that could be needed. We used the beach chairs and beach cart. We didn't want to leave. Would stay again for sure.

Fabulous!

From start to finish I was impressed by the communication with property management. Very friendly and accommodating!! The unit itself is quiet and super cute. I didn’t have to use the AC at all with the fan and the breeze from the windows. Two block walk to pristine beach and the pool is exactly as advertised! The beach umbrella, yoga mat and extras were a blessing! Staff onsite super duper friendly! Highly recommend sunset beach yoga Tue and Thur with Denise! Restaurants all walking distance! Came down at the end of season, so had most of the beach and pool to myself!! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you!!!
