PRIVATE HEATED POOL ONE DOG CONSIDERED. One dog under 40 pounds considered. Newly built in May 2021, this fabulous CARIBBEAN RETREAT, located on the quieter West end of Panama City Beach, Florida has everything you could possibly want! Entering the front door you are greeted with Caribbean vibes as surfboards provide much needed information. The living area, dining and kitchen are all open to one another for great family gatherings. The French doors lead out to the back porch and fabulous pool (pool heat in cooler weather is optional- contact property manager for price, ) with space and seating for the whole family. In the living area the large comfortable U-shaped sectional provides seating for everyone to enjoy the 75 inch Smart TV after a fun day on the beach. The table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 10 in beds (no having to open and close a sleeper). The master features a relaxing King bed, Smart TV, view of the pool and private bath with shower. The front bedroom offers a Queen bed, Smart TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are two bunks with twins over fulls in the middle bedroom, perfect for the kids to have their own movie nights with a Smart TV.

All this and the perfect location as you are just a short walk from several Public Beach Accesses including Sunnyside Beach. Shopping at Pier Park is only a short 5 miles East and the shoppes and restaurants of 30A are only a few miles West. Camp Helen State Park which offers kayaking and dune lake fishing is nearby. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for guests' use.

Swimming Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $45 per day. Pool heat must be active for entire reservation.

Located within walking distance to Sunnyside Grill, where you can enjoy local breakfast and lunch fair. Also within walking distance of the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets. Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks down Front Beach Road for any items you might need.

You must be 21 years of age or older. All renters 21-24 are required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for electronic signature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and parking pad. Parking is not allowed in the garage. This property allows one small (under 40 pounds) dog per booking with payment of $100 non refundable pet fee and Pet Addendum signed by responsible renter. Please notify property manager if bringing a pet.

*Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival

This property does not allow charcoal grills or fire pits.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
