About this property

450 years old Tuscan house in idyllic panoramic location overlooking the Arno Valley (Valdarno). Recently completely modernized and as a whole for rent on a weekly basis (six double rooms, three single rooms). Large pool (mid-May to mid-September), real Chianti Feeling.

The villa is in summer perfect for families as holiday destination.

In the low season there best work atmosphere here. Ideal for workshops, cooking classes, etc.

De superbes vacances

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. La maison est très grande, très bien équipée et la piscine immense. La terrasse extérieure est également un endroit idéal. Nous étions 14 et avions suffisamment de place pour de pas être les uns sur les autres. Francesca et son mari sont adorables et nous ont donné de très bonnes adresses et conseils.

Brilliant two week family holiday

Great communication during booking and arrival. Ruralise, quirky but great rooms with modern bathrooms. Great provision of cooking and dining equipment. Super kitchen with more than adequate equipment. Huge outdoor area with three terraces. Huge swimming pool with salted rather than chlorinated water. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Two external dining areas with sufficient chairs. Great local caretaker in Francesca and her husband who are delightful and super cooks. Minor problems that invariably arise sorted immediately. We highly recommend.
