Logement correct, spacieux et propre, bien qu'il manque quelques éléments (étendeur pour le linge, poêles qui n'accrochent pas pour la cuisine, bouchons d'évier,...). Logement très bien situé (2 min à pied du centre ville). Par contre, immeuble squatté en bas en permanence par des jeunes fumeurs d'herbe qui laissent leurs détritus dans la rue. La place de parking censée être privée est prise en permanence. Remarque : la propriétaire nous donne la note de 3 sur 5 en propreté alors que les frais de ménage étaient inclus dans le prix global... Incompréhensible. Et nous avons fait l'effort de rendre le logement bien rangé, draps dans la salle de bain, etc.
