This ADORABLE downtown Kerrville home has everything you need for a fun, relaxing getaway! Enjoy lounging in the Private Hot Tub at this 3 bedroom, newly- renovated vacation home. Sip sweet tea or enjoy a drink from the bar while unwinding in the beautiful back yard by the firepit. You can grill or take a bike ride to the river trail. We have backyard games like Cornhole and giant checkers. Minutes from the river trail, restaurants, wineries, shopping, cafes.. it's in downtown Kerrville...6 Comfy beds!

Rigorous cleaning standards!

MUST TELL OWNER WHEN BOOKING: 1. Who will be joining you at the property? (family, friends, colleagues) 2. Where you are from? 3. Why you are coming to our fine city? 4. Confirm all guests are 25+yr or have a parent with them. 5. Must have good previous reviews (5 stars) to book

(Hot tub maintenance guy comes every Monday morning before noon, please take note when booking. Sprinklers come on at 4:00am. Thanks)

We travel often and this is one of the most well- appointed and comfortable home stays we have experienced! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms had great water pressure and plenty of towels. I was grateful to find a blowdryer as well as an iron and ironing board for our use. We will definitely stay again.

This place is decorated beautifully, very well stocked. Hot tub was awesome, close to downtown shops. Would definitely rent again. Beds were very comfy! Everyone had a great time!

We were 2 couples renting this cozy, very nice house. Perfectly described with the best appointed kitchen, coffee bar, bathrooms, and even a bar! Loved the open kitchen/living area which was roomy yet cozy feel. Great king beds and bathrooms with good showers. Loved the convenient location. Will definitely stay here again!

We had so much fun. The house was adorable. Our only issue was one of the ladies was in a wheelchair, we couldn’t get the wheelchair in any of the bathrooms, we had to get creative to get her in.

Spent a night in Kerrville, to enjoy dining out and a soak in a great hot tub. It's a very comfortable, well supplied and well maintained property. Wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend the Jefferson Street B&B.

Great Place...Great Location

This place was great for our family (2 adults, 4 teens) who were in Kerrville for a funeral. The house had everything we needed and more. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable and living room had plenty of room for our family to gather. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Great location and walking distance to Old Town Kerrville. Highly recommend.

We had a short stay in Kerrville for a friend’s concert. The house is in a great location with everything we needed within short walking distance. The house is beautifully remodeled and has all the amenities you need. Host is kind and helpful.

Kerrville Stay

We stayed at this place for 4th of July. Was not the holiday weekend any one was expecting but the trip was still good. Far away enough from the river to not have issues during the flood. Rental had lots to do even when we were stuck inside most of the day cause of the storm. Robin was very communicative. During the flooding she personally called to check on us. Would recommend this rental 10/10
