The property is an upper unit located on a canal with all the amenities you need. The kitchen comes with everything to prepare meals, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, washer & dryer, a covered porch on canal, fire pit, bbq, place to dock a 24ft boat with electricity. It’s within walking distance to town, establishments and Algonac State Park. There is also great fishing in the area and several fishing tournaments throughout the year. It’s within seconds from the St. Clair River and minutes from the St. Clair Flats, Lake St.Clair and Harsens Island. This area is great for boating, duck hunting, fishing or just relaxing!

This is a very safe location located on the water and close to town. There is a walking and bike path that you can also enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Our property was recently renovated and located on a canal with direct access to the St. Clair River. There is a nice area to have a bonfire to enjoy the water and your stay. It’s within walking distance to town, restaurants and establishments. It’s a perfect property for boating, swimming, fishing or just relaxing.
