Enjoy a beautiful view on the ocean facing patio and also from the master bedroom window. The living room and has large sliders that open up to make your living room feel open and Ocean Air breezy. Full Kitchen, TV, WiFi, fireplace & in unit washer/dryer, all make this property fully-equipped for your family to enjoy. One assigned parking space in the gated parking garage. Take stairs down to the beach for an evening stroll, sunbathe by the complex swimming pool or take in a game of tennis. This complex is one of the only to heat it year - round making it perfect for swimming anytime!

This Solana Beach & Tennis Club unit has 1 master bedroom with a king bed, with plenty of closet space. Room for all your suit cases or beach supplies.

Perfect place to enjoy beach vacations, or a needed stay-cation. Spend all day on the beach, enjoy a walk on the bluff at sunset overlooking the ocean.

This condo is located in Solana Beach & Tennis Club. This complex sits on the Ocean Bluffs of Solana Beach and includes a gorgeous large pool swimming (heated year-round), also 2 spas, 4 tennis courts, and a clubhouse for all to enjoy!

The beach access from the complex with stairs down to the beach and also showers to wash the sand off you.

- Sleeps 3 max, not suitable for children due to proximity to the bluffs (the couch is a pull-out Queen)
- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
- No pets
-For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
- Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts.

Located just a short walk to everything including dining, shopping and entertainment, you'll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach!

A lovely place to stay when in Solana Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a prime location in Solana Beach and looks out over a bluff out to the ocean. The condo was clean and tidy. All necessary amenities were available. If something is missing, the agent, Ashley Correa will gladly and promptly come up with a solution. You can trust Ashley completely to look after you! The only problem for older people in their 70's and 80's is a lack of ceiling lights in the bedroom. The bedroom is dark with the drapes drawn. A very good experience and we would stay here again.

Location location location

This fabulous beachfront condo exceeded all our expectations. Spotlessly clean, it had everything you could need. Plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views and central location to beaches, golf, restaurants and even horse racing (Del Mar Racetrack). One of our best experiences with AirB&B and will definitely request a return visit. Two things to consider, most definitely not complaints but full disclosure; we had just a bit of trouble locating front door. It’s on the backside beachside patio, kept looking for “front”. Also of note, 120 stair steps to the beach. Down easy, up, less easy. We had no problem but make note if you have knee problems. Again, fabulous rental
