Excellent location, roomy and very comfortable cottage with all necessary amenities, very attentive host : a wonderful place to stay for a family. We would love to go back!
One small suggestion: better management of garbage disposal at the end of stay.

Thank you Aline for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated, and I will definitely work on the garbage disposal this year!
We had a lovely time at Lee Ann's place. The property is exactly as shown, with all the “mod cons” mentioned. Plentiful kitchen and bedroom necessities. Planned future improvements sound wonderful - e.g., air conditioning, a second bathroom. For us fast Internet and a strong cellphone signal are very important, and they did not disappoint. The views from both cottage and dock are nonpareils. Screened-in porch and lower deck are perfect areas to spend some time. We are planning a return in summer!

Thank you very much for your kind words Janice, I am looking forward to your return this summer, thank you for your booking and review!
This cottage met all of our expectations. For a multi-generational family getting together for a summer vacation, it was nice to have different places to congregate around the property. The proximity to Westport was great, and the weed-free swimming off the dock was excellent. Lee-Ann was extremely responsive. We would return.
The description and details in the listing are accurate and did not disappoint. There is lots of room with multiple levels and lots of seating. The covered porch is great for those wanting to relax, enjoy the view and have a reprieve from the sun (or rain) while still enjoying the outdoors. The lower deck with table and umbrella allows for a great view of the water while enjoying a light snack or reading. The dock is a great size with a sturdy ladder. The water is clear and deep - perfect for swimming and floating. Shoreline is rocky so best to just jump in! Made full use of the canoe - life jackets on site but best to check your size.
Enjoyed the enclosed sunroom with large table for meals. Appreciated the air conditioner on humid days.
Lee-Ann is prompt to respond to any questions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cottage! It has a very tranquil & picturesque setting. It was awesome and unexpected to see deer wandering along and crossing the road to your cottage!
There are so many spots to sit & watch the beautiful views of the waterfront. Our favourite spot for morning coffee was the sun porch...with the windows opened it was so relaxing to hear the sound of leaves rustling in the breeze, birds singing, and the loons calling. We also enjoyed the great views from the lower deck & being right at the water’s edge on the dock.
Everything was clean & well cared for. Lee Ann was prompt in replying to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable & the internet access was very good.
We would definitely go back & would recommend it to others!

The view from the cottage is very nice. It is a bit above the water which helps the view but the steps are a bit hard to climb. Inside the kitchen was just like at home. Lots of room and fully equipped. The table is a bit small for a cottage with 5 bedrooms including the bungee. The floating dock is great. We sat there quite a bit. The water was too cold in June to swim but it looked like it would be great for jumping off the dock. The water would not be suitable for toddlers to play in. Lee Ann was always prompt to reply. We would stay there again.
