Located at the foot of the St Michel rock and less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre of Le Puy en Velay, this renovated and freshly decorated house has been designed so that everything is in place to welcome you. <br>We have spent time in this house to offer you a haven of peace. It is located close to all the must-see monuments of the city with a breathtaking view of the St Michel rock<br><br>House of 100 m² with on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a living room and a toilet.<br><br>On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a 160*200 bed and a 140*190 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.<br><br>On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a 160*200 bed and a 140*190 bed, a bathroom with a toilet.<br><br>Each room has a desk and chair as well as storage space.<br><br>All the furniture, equipment and bedding are new.

World class location

Between the eminences of Notre Dame and St Michael to south and north, and bars to east and west a few steps away. What more can be asked? Superb bedrooms finished with style, also evident in kitchen units and equipment. Unfortunately the kitchen and cooking facilities are barely adequate for two self catering for six days. Inevitably, if the four wonderful double bedrooms are occupied even making everyone a coffee would be impossible! The loos require some contortionist skills to enter, and the one next to the kitchen needs access to the kitchen sink for hand washing. Despite that, and poor cleaning details, this property will be memorable for its very positive attributes, and we wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. There will be very few better in this area!

Logement conforme à l’annonce, spacieux et bien équipé. Situation et vue exceptionnelles avec un emplacement idéal pour assister chaque nuit à la superbe scénographie projetée sur le mont Aiguihle. Proximité intéressante avec le centre historique du Puy en Velay et place de parking assurée, bref le rêve pour une tribu !

super weekend

De passage pour une nuit, Christophe à été un hôte très bienveillant et chaleureux. Nous avons énormément apprécié le confort, la propreté et toutes les petites attentions présentes dans la maison. Un logement plus que bien équipé et proche des commodités. On recommande à 200% et reviendrons avec plaisir!
