One of the newest, most luxurious large vacation homes in the area, Villa Costa Vida has become a highly sought venue for weddings, corporate events, and family vacations. NOW INCLUDES DAILY BREAKFAST!!  With 10+ air conditioned bedrooms and many social areas including TWO pools (one is an oceanview infinity pool), kitchen & bar, and panoramic balconies, the villa can accommodate up to 34 people (more than 16 people = $60pp/pn) and host events up to 75 people (event fee applies). One of the ONLY villas in the area with an elevator +more rooms in the adjacent NEW Tower.

What makes this property unique

The open-air villa offers spacious and comfortable accommodations (10+ air-conditioned rooms) with stunning views and tons of wildlife passing by on a daily basis. Monkeys (three different species), scarlet macaws, sloths, and toucans are our neighbors! A large well-stocked kitchen (for those who want to cook themselves, or of course there are numerous private chefs we can coordinate as well) and a commodious dining area, the villa allows for comfortable family-friendly gatherings and is the perfect venue to host corporate retreats, weddings, reunions, and other events.

Words can not properly express the serenity and peace one feels when sitting on the balcony. You'll have to come and see it for yourself.
