One of the apartment's main assets is its location: magnificent views of the Miage domes, the Mont Blanc train and the village of Saint Gervais.
It's also highly appreciated for its practicality: year-round janitors.

## Emplacement
This village in the Mont-Blanc region has the advantage of combining thermalism, mountains and alpine sports. The village of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is the starting point for the Mont-Blanc tramway. The residence is close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. You'll be in the best position to take advantage of the 400 km of pistes in the Evasion Mont Blanc - Megève / Saint Gervais ski area, while staying in a quiet location. You'll also find a ski rental store and restaurants. And in summer, there's plenty to do in the resort, including climbing, hiking and mountain biking.

- Megève LFHM Altiport: 30 minutes by car.
