In an apartment of 32m² with natural lighting and modern decor, you will find a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, such as an oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, and stove to make a satisfying meal, alongside plates and cutleries.

The bedroom has a double bed adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linen and a wardrobe that you can use to keep your belongings.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. Clean towels will also be prepared.

From the famous Eiffel Tower to the Museum of Modern Art, the 16th arrondissement is filled with things to see and places to go, whether it's a hot, sunny day or pouring down with that notorious or romantic Parisian rain.

Formerly a lumberjack village with a quiet charm, the 16th arrondissement is now known for its luxurious buildings with Haussmann-style architecture and magnificent gardens. While strolling around, you will also have the opportunity to discover its unsuspected charms, such as the medieval atmosphere of the rue Berton. Due to many embassies, it is one of the most secure districts. The district also offers an impressive choice of museums.

If you are an art lover, you can visit the Louis Vuitton Foundation, with its exhibitions and magnificent architecture, the Museum of Modern Art, the Marmottan Monet Museum and the Palais de Tokyo. But you will also have the choice between the Maison de Balzac, dedicated to the author, the Wine Museum, or, for fashion enthusiasts, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Palais Galliera. Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone with the Parc des Princes stadium, the Longchamp racecourse and Roland Garros. As for fashion lovers, they will find their happiness along the famous shopping street of Passy.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
