This recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has wonderful views of the ocean from your private oceanfront balcony. This unit in the North Tower of Ocean Creek Resort can accommodate a total of 6 guests with 1 king, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. The unit features a washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi & cable TV in the living room & master bedroom.

In October 2023 this unit got all new flooring, both bathrooms were completely remodeled, new bed spreads for all 3 beds & new dining room furniture. Updated kitchen cabinets, countertops and backsplash were completed in April 2024!!

Ocean Creek Resort is a beautiful oceanfront property located on the north end of Myrtle Beach situated directly across from Barefoot Landing shopping and entertainment center. Located on 57-acres, this Myrtle Beach resort features 24-hour gated security, beautiful grounds perfect for biking and walking, multiple pools, on-site dining and more. Amazing!

We loved staying here. The room was so great. Very clean and updated. Check in was fantastic. Very quick with friendly staff. Location, Location, Location! Ocean Creek Resort is by far the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at. We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great views from the balcony

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean and recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.The couches & patio set were old & need replacing. We love the balcony views. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. The inside was a bit outdated and there seemed to be different stations/systems on thr tvs available in each of the rooms but it was clean and and had the perfect amount of space for our family. There weren't a ton of cooking supplies, but we enjoyed dinner out each evening, so it wasn't a big deal.

Showed its age

The property wasn’t very clean. The couch was broken and we couldn’t sit on it. When we told property manager they were responsive and sent someone to fix couch but as soon as he left it broke again. It was hard to use the washer and dryer because the door wouldn’t open far enough to get your laundry in. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled but furniture in bedrooms were extremely old. The chair is master bedroom was so dirty and gross they should just toss it.

Great Location/Needs Upgrades

The room was as advertised, which was outdated and in need of some upgrades. However the location was perfect for a family with kids due to the pool like lagoon created by the ocean and the nearby attractions. The only issue was the room was designated as a non smoking room, but when we arrived the entire condo smelled of smoke very badly. The property management was accommodating and easy to work with regarding this issue in a timely manner.

Not frilly. Comfortable and clean.

Easy check in process. Condo was clean. Pictures and listing information is very accurate. We called the rental agency regarding some broken/missing light bulbs. Issue was addressed immediately. Only issue we had was figuring out how to lock the door when we left the unit. Other than the dark green carpet, there's nothing we didn't like about this unit.

Condo does need a bit of work, but great location

For the money I spent, the location was very good. The condo does need some maintenance, however. First let me relay a couple of good experiences: 1) The large non-stick frying pan that was in the kitchen was terribly warped and much of the teflon scraped away. NorthBeach Realty supplied a brand-new frying pan in the box with no argumemt. 2) There were several issues with the cabinents/hardware in the condo: Management called in a handyman and most were fixed (not all) the next day. a) Utility closet (where the brooms and vacuum were kept) had no handle. Not fixed. b) Almost all of the outlets were worn/loose and need to be replaced. Some did not work at all. c) At least one of the bedside lamps did not work at all. Tried different bulb and diff outlet, no difference. d) The so-called "free activities" were just discounts available elsewhere like in local coupon books. Was not impressed by the conditions required to actually get that "free" stuff. Either make it a bit more special or exclusive to the renters or don't bother. e) The place wasn't stocked super well. For the amount I paid, thirty or forty dollars to cover a pack of scrub sponges, sufficient paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing liquid won't break the bank and would be well-received. Otherwise it's just more stuff we have to buy. Great location. GREAT location. NOT beachfront, but close enough, and has a decent view.

Pleasant October Holiday

The bathroom and showers, towels were nice and new. The master bedroom very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We bought a pizza cutter and a rolling pin b/c I was taking home made pies for a Canadian Thanksgiving. The couch and love-seat has very “ little support” and was very uncomfortable. We could barely get out of the couch when needing to stand. I recommend that these be replaced for the future. It would make a difference for sure. The patio view was very enjoyable for us and we found the furniture comfortable. We didn’t use the beach chairs and umbrella but it was nice to know we could have if desired.

Nice Ocean Creek Condo, but has maintenance issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived a little early and was told by North Beach Realty the Ocean Creek Condo was ready. After arriving the 1st issue was the door lock. Very archaic, but after some help from a painter, entry finally gained. 2nd issue 6 out of the 8 lights in small bathroom were burned out. 1 in main BR. I called North Beach. They said they would send maintenance. They never arrived. Next morning I went to NBR. Their response..You mean no one came! I then added a 3rd issue. All 3 TV's had a very dark picture, barely viewable. I then told their Rep, that I was not going to wait all day for their service man to come. I requested he call me on my cell phone, and I gave her my number, because if I'm on the beach I want to meet him when he gets to the room. My wife & I went to the beach. I got NO PHONE CALL! When we got back to the Condo, he had come and replaced the bathroom bulbs with an assortment of bright and dim bulbs, with no two the same. None of the 3 TV's had been touched. All still very dark. Each time I had dealt with the same Customer Rep at NBR. To say she was NOT Consumer Friendly would be an understatement. We liked the location of the Condo at Ocean Creek, and it was very clean, and in a quiet section of North Myrtle. Most of the people we met were like us, senior citizens and very friendly. I guess this rental experience was a trade off. Oceanfront, quiet location, met some nice people and can now see in the bathroom. However watching TV is a real challenge!

Everything was very nice. Only issues were constant construction in units next door and below the condo. Property Manager was excellent dealing with a minor issue.

Overall experience was very good. Location was perfect. View and proximity to the beach was awesome. The negatives: going out of our way to check-in and drop-off keys (which were not used). TV in living room has a picture issue. It needs new pillows in all bedrooms. Unit is dated as are a lot of the properties these days. Ice maker in fridge is noisy.

First 24 hours of vacation disappointing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dated condo. A/C didn’t work, electrical outlets didn’t work, blew breaker. Kitchen ill equipped. 24 hours there was enough! North Beach Realty was wonderful, tried to fix A/C twice, then offered another condo. They were very quick to accommodate us. The man from a/c maintenance was so nice, we really appreciated his prompt response. North Beach Realty was wonderful though all of this. We will definitely use them again.

Great value condo

This property has dated carpets, furniture, fixtures, and bedding, but it was just what we needed for the price. The resort is beautiful, so we spent more time at the ocean and the pool than in the room. Close and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time, and we appreciate the owner having this condo available.
