Kitchen table and chairs seats 6.

*Laundry room: Washer & dryer along with detergent wash pods and dryer sheets. 1/2 Bath/ (3.5) located off laundry room.

*Second Living Space: Gas fireplace, 65" Smart TV, YouTube TV provided with local channels. Google voice command lamps. Just say, "Hey Google, lights on" or Hey Google, lights off".

Bedrooms:
*Master bedroom with an adjustable split king bed, 42" Smart TV, Light switch controls the ceiling light and fan and Google Voice commands control the lamps. Newly remodeled smaller master full bathroom with walk in shower (*Bathroom 1), body soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. "Black make-up" washcloths along with Neutrogena make-up remover wipes are provided so white towels and washcloths can stay as white as we can.
*Bedroom 2: New queen bed with all new furniture, 42" Smart TV, luggage rack in the closet. Light switch controls the ceiling fan and light and Google Voice commands control the lamps. Just say, "Hey Google, lights on" or "Hey Google, lights off" to control the lamps.

*Hall Bathroom (2): Newly remodeled bathroom with soaking tub with shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided. Baby wash, kids shampoo and kids body wash also provided.

Hanging tent for the little ones along with a CordaRoy's convertable full size Bean bag chair for added comfort while watching TV or playing games.

Bathroom 3: Newly Remodeled full bath with walk-in shower. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Bedroom 4: Brand new furniture and King size bed. 42" Smart TV with two chair-and-a-half pull out twin beds. Two luggage racks in the closet along with bedding for pull out beds and additional soft pillows. Light switch controls the ceiling fan and light and Google Voice commands control the lamps. Just say, "Hey Google, lights on" or "Hey Google, lights off" to control the lamps.

*Outdoors:
Patio dining table, umbrella and chairs along with additional cushioned chairs and loveseat as well as a portable hammock for a relaxing time under the large trees! Citronella candles and tiki torches available for those pesky misquotes while enjoying the outdoor space. Yard games such as giant Jenga, giant connect four, corn hole and kid-friendly ax throwing game. All outdoor games are located in the laundry room.
