Very modern and clean apartment, location is perfect

The ground floor apartment is very nice, modern and clean. It is small, but there is enough space for 2 adults and a baby. The location is perfect, in the middle of the City Centre. The supermarket, restaurants and the Avenue de Champagne with all the champagne houses are really close by. There was no dishwasher.

Nice stay

Excellent location near the city center. Comfy bed and plenty of large, soft bath towels. Kitchen had the basics needed for a short stay. Two minor issues. First, the bar stools are very high, and not especially comfortable for dining. Shorter stools would be a more comfortable addition, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The second is that we did not notice there was a 25 euro charge for the bottle of Champagne in the cute wine fridge. Because in other vacation rentals we stay at, there are always complimentary treats, either boxes of cookies, or, as in the one we are currently in, a bottle of wine. We mistakenly assumed if there was something left in the apartment, it was ours to use. We will not make those assumptions in the future. Just be aware and you’re good. We highly recommend this bright little apartment that’s beautifully appointed.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback! Indeed, the stools are of standard height, though they might appear a bit tall. This is actually the first time we’ve received this comment. Regarding the Champagne, there is a clear label on the wine fridge door indicating the price of 25€, with dimensions of about 15 by 15 cm, so we don’t intend to hide it. Additionally, we’d like to remind you that we provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries. Please understand that adding extras like biscuits would mean including them in the room price, which would then be higher. This is a common practice, as ultimately, the cost is covered by the guest. Our aim is to offer the best value for money, and you benefited from a rate under 50€ per person per night. Thank you once again for staying with us.

Prima locatie

Een prima appartement. Heel schoon . Rustig gelegen midden in het centrum. Uitstekend. Parkeren wel dichtbij maar was momenteel lastig ivm weg werkzaamheden in de stad
