Utility Consumption

To keep our nightly rates competitive while encouraging responsible use of resources, electricity and water are charged separately according to actual consumption measured by the utility meters.

Rates:
• Electricity: 12 MXN per kWh
• Water: 20 MXN per m³

Late Check-in

Standard check-in is available until 10:00 PM.

Arrivals after 10:00 PM must be arranged before booking and are subject to a €50 late arrival fee.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1000 is required before check-in. It will be fully refunded after check-out following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Guest Registration

For security reasons, all registered guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before arrival.
