This is a older house that is comfortable. It has been nicely decorated. The electrical switches are a bit quirky. Two good size bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The neighbood is a bit run down but the houses on either side are well maintained.

Cozy, tidy, very close to neighbors
Erin was responsive to inquiries. House was clean, beds were comfy, had basic necessities. There was a small front yard with covered porch, which was nice. The neighborhood was tight. Houses extremely close together and many dilapidated but mostly quiet, some barking dogs. The neighbor's house next to the driveway had a carport with a metal roof that flopped around in the wind. It was loud and we did not park our rental car near it for fear of damage. They were not home the whole time we were there. Fortunately it was only windy one day or it would have been a real problem. Otherwise it was an acceptable house and we had a really nice time exploring the Tonto National Forest and the Globe area.
Remodel that is comfortable and clean. Good spot for overnights or playing at Roosevelt. Mid-century miners house being upgraded. Neighborhood is surprisingly quiet at night. A little tricky to find in the dark.
Erin is super responsive.
