🏔️Ski Access~Hot Tub~Studio Deluxe 104🏔️

First floor studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 104 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 104 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Convenient and cozy

Nice condo that has ski in ski out at Snowmass along the Village Express lift line. Conveniently located near the Snowmass Mall and bus/shuttle stops. The onsite property managers are friendly and offer helpful tips about the area. The condo is serviced daily with fresh towels, bed is made, and wastebaskets are emptied giving it a hotel like experience. The proximity to the mall is great. The walk up the hill can be brutal, however. I would recommend others to stay here.

If you don't wish to make the climb up the hill, there is a free shuttle that picks up at the Village Mall that will take you up to the property and runs every 20 minutes on the 15, :35, and :55! Quiet and Relaxing Stay

The property was nice but a little dated. It had plenty of dishes and silverware. The microwave worked well as did the stove. The temp inside the condo was consistently warm and cozy. The grill outside on the patio was a nice feature. It was off season there was little traffic and few people…we loved it! A few things that need to be addressed: 1) the toaster needs to be replaced 2) when using the microwave, watching tv, and using the electric grill, because all are on the same circuit, it caused the breaker to pop. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
