Newly updated including a Brand New Kitchen in 2025. Incredible 1 Bed 1.5 Bath Condo in Mariners Walk complex of Wild Dunes Resort.

Renovated with wood floors, stainless appliances, comfortable furnishings and large screen TV in the living room. Primary bedroom is located up the stairs and features a King size bed and an ensuite bath. An additional half bath and sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate any additional guests. Fantastic screen porch with steps right off to the community pool. Boardwalk to beach access is just a short walk.

Wild Dunes is home to Championship Golf, miles of beautiful Beaches, and scenic bike paths. Experience what the low-country has to offer in this great location. Just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

Linens and towels are provided per occupancy. Starter kit supplied for kitchen and bathroom, guests replenish as they need. Non Smoking and No Pets allowed. 2 parking passes provided. Must be 25 years or older to rent. Internet: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.

Perfect Vacation Spot! My husband and I took a long weekend and enjoyed the beautiful condo. It was the perfect size for us, and the space was beautiful and comfortable. A/C worked great and shower had good water pressure. The pool is lovely and the beach is an easy walk. The beach was also nice and open and less crowded than others we have stayed at. The ease of renting bikes and beach gear were a big plus. Would definitely recommend!

Summer Beach 2023

Our trip was very enjoyable. The condo was great, Mariner’s Walk is our favorite place, we love the screened in porch! All the units have easy access to the beach, and the pool is great!

Wonderful!

This was the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in! It was very clean very comfortable and very quiet! Loved the decor and the porch was great! I also highly recommend renting through Carolina One Realty! They were the best!

Property was clean. Condo is close to the road so it was noisy in the early morning due to traffic. VRBO fees were extremely high. First time using VRBO and last. Otherwise, property manager was attentive. Unit had most of what you needed, but lacked hot water for shower in March.

Close to the beach

We had a great vacation! Loved how close it is to the beach and pool. TV and Internet did not work for our entire stay. Cable company came to try to fix it but they could not find the problem and therefore didn’t fix it. This was a big problem for my husband who had to work on vacation. We were supposed to be compensated for this lack of service but have not heard from the manager.

Connie, We communicated with you through-out the stay about Comcast appointments and were made aware that someone had cut the cable under building. On the 13th of Aug- we sent you a text apologizing again and confirming the refund of 25% off your stay and refunded the card on file at 4:07 pm on the 13th of August..... To which you replied thanking us for the refund and confirmed that because of our efforts and understanding as well as the compensation you would stay with us again.... Unfortunately we are unable to correct issues that arise with utility companies and make every effort to correct those issues as they arise. Xfinity / Comcast was able to fully replace the cut cables prior to the next arrival.

It was not ‘steps’ from beach, it needs major updates incl paint and bathroom,. Porch in sad shape..steps look unsafe, door barely opens and needs paint.

Enjoyed our stay for 30th anniversary trip!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very convenient to the pool and beach access. The king sized bed was very comfortable! My suggestion would be for the owners to buy a Keurig coffee maker. Most vacation rentals now provide one and that is common to expect it.....also need larger coffee mugs. The ones there are very small. Can you tell we are coffee drinkers?

Condo was great! Perfect location and comfortable. Parking within steps of front door. Bathrooms were small. Would have liked a walk in shower, but clean and lots of hot water. Enjoyed the $250 credit for beach gear! Would stay here again, definitely.
