Upstairs unit in a cozy 4-plex. Located in Hillcrest just minutes away from University Ave.
Self check in available and I only live 10 minutes away. If you need anything please don't hesitate to call!
Hillcrest is a lively neighborhood in San Diego. It is full of great restaurants and bars. It is close to Balboa park and the Zoo. A quick 10 minutes from the airport, Little Italy or downtown. Close to major Interstates, beaches and shopping.
Fully private studio apartment with kitchenette and bathroom
Upstairs unit in a 4-plex. A frame ceilings with a cozy feel. Surprisingly unique atmosphere. Granite and marble with all new updates. Clean and comfortable. This does have sloped ceilings not really recommended for anyone over 6ft.
Pets considered with pet fee and $25 extra cleaning fee.
Ten minutes to everything, Little Italy, Downtown, PB, North Park, Airport. This neighborhood is great for walking! It is a $5 uber to get Downtown and centrally located in San Diego.
Check out the Hillcrest farmers market only a block south on Sundays. Local goodies!
