Nick’s condo is well appointed for a comfortable vacation. Swimming pool is just outside the sliding glass doors and a wagon full of beach toys is ready to go. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. Perfect location.

CJFV at Fripp - The Best!

We love to stay at Fripp Island. It is a great family place. This condo is a very short walk to the pool and had direct beach access. The condo was clean, updated, and was easy to check in and communicate with the host. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 4! The location is so great backing right up to a pool and to beach access. The home came with many beach and pool needs (chairs, toys, etc) which was nice in case we forgot. The home was clean and comfortable. Nick was fantastic with communication making sure we understood everything we needed to before our stay. Fast and thorough responses from him made the entire booking, check in and check out process super easy! We home to visit again soon!!!!

We love Fripp for the beautiful, sweeping beach and marshes teeming with wildlife (amazing birds abound!) John Fripp Villas specifically has a great pool and is steps from the beach. There is also a basketball court outside which my kids loved. A great family holiday. Thanks Nick.

Family Vacation

Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!

Was lucky enough to find this Condo for the week of the fourth . It is the absolute perfect location ! For anyone, but especially if you have younger kids - the pool is right out the back door - and beach is a quick walk Will definitely try to book this spot again ! Nick was easy and quick to communicate and his family was so helpful and sweet. Hopefully we will be back as soon as we can !

I would not stay here.

The ad says "Fripp Island boasts 2 championship golf courses. The greens/fairways are incredible and the views are even better!" You can't buy amenity cards which means you can't do anything on the island golf or eat.

Hi Craig! Really sorry you were disappointed in your stay on the island. We try our best to explain what is available upfront when you book. The golf courses on the island is part of a private club and as such, to golf there, it's required to be a guest of a member of the club. The club itself charges the members a substantial amount to purchase these amenity cards (the cost for you and your guests would have cost more than you paid for your entire stay). It's understandable you were not interested in paying for these amenity cards as a resolution we did explore, and do hope the non private golf courses we suggested were acceptable to your party. For anyone reading this review, feel free to ask any questions of us before booking. We believe in transparency and want to help you make the best decision for your stay!

Relaxing and quiet

We had a wonderful time on Fripp Island. It was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is huge, and there were not many people there. The condo was exactly as advertised, and Nick was super responsive. My 85 year old mother was with me so it was helpful to have the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and porch the lead to the pool all on the first floor with no steps. All in all, we had a great time.

Great 2 weeks even with out AC

Loved our stay but the AC was out 4 days while we was there on main floor. The tech that showed up everyday worked hard to get it back Up and going.

Fripp 2023

Everything my was great except not having amenity cards. Not able to buy anything on the Island and not being able to go to any of the activities. If you have kids, they want to buy ice cream and go to the activities that are offered. I paid the same amount as others that had amenity cards added with their stay.

We come to Fripp every year for several trips each year. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo.
