Everything was great. We enjoyed the adult hot tub, the view and the local Harbor walks. Since it was winter and chilly outside there weren't a lot of other vacationers and there was daily outside maintenance going on. None of that really took away from the great room/view.

Easy check-in. Love the location in the off-season. It was great to have an easy walk and drive to so many restaurants. There was a banging outside the window from something metal outside, so we had to download a noise maker to sleep, but we went away after two days.

We parked our car and never drove again until checkout! Penthouse condo was everything that was advertised. Very clean and great views! Nicely decorated. Free shuttle to private beach was a plus! Everything is walking distance right outside your door! Nice shops and restaurants.

Great Place!

This was a great property and was within walking distance to the board walk. We loved the restaurant where we were staying. There was a lot of excursions within walking distance and a nice restaurant across the street called McGuire’s. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time visiting Destin with our little family! This PH had everything you need to get you started. Emerald Grand offers a free beach water taxi to a private beach, and there's shopping and dining all in walking distance. Park your vehicle and enjoy!
