Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 23 m² studio flat on a mezzanine floor with a mountain view, within walking distance of the ski resort of Les Angles, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 17 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a shared garden of around 500 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The studio comprises
- A 17 m² living room with a sofa bed (sleeps two), dining area
- Open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee maker, etc.
- Mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140×190), TV
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Shared exterior :
- A shared garden at the rear of the residence to enjoy on sunny days lawn - ideal for walking dogs

The studio is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet area at the entrance to the resort. Free shuttle bus in front of the residence.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you have several choices:
- Free parking in front of and to the side of the residence
- Free public car park 200 metres from the shops - Avenue de l'Aude
- Paid municipal multi-storey car park 200 metres away, at the end of construction.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Shuttles to the various districts of the town and the ski area.
- Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse train station 14 km away (19 min by car)
- Perpignan airport 96 km away (1h40 by car).

- The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, due to residence on the first floor without elevator, door dimensions, bathroom and WC not adapted, staircase in the apartment
