Situated high above the Provençal village of Salles-sous-bois, nestling in the south of the Drôme Provençale, our charming stone house offers everything you could wish for.
Hiking or cycling through lavender, olive groves, truffle oaks and vineyards, swimming in the River Lez, discovering the cultural and culinary heritage via the Provencal markets are just some of the activities on offer in our beautiful region.
You're ideally situated between the Haut Vaucluse, the Enclave des Papes, the Baronnies Provençale and the Vercors. Visit the nearby Château de Grignan and discover the story of Madame de Sévigné in this magnificent village. Or escape to Nyons, another exceptional village.
Our bright, well-insulated home has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen opening onto a living-dining room with exposed beams, a bathroom with shower and bath and two separate WCs. Underfloor cooling in summer and underfloor heating in winter throughout the ground floor, as well as mosquito nets, provide optimum comfort.
The two bedrooms on the first floor, the small swimming pool: dimensions 4.20*2.40 (autonomous management, roller shutter, alarm and outdoor shower area with hot water) and the large south-facing terrace with its wrought iron pergola offer a majestic view of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail in the background.
The 2000m2 grounds include gravelled areas for playing pétanque, a field of lavender and a large swimming pool.
