We welcome you to our 130 m2 chalet on 3 living levels + garage to store your mountain equipment or bikes.
No possibility of charging an electric vehicle.
On the ground floor is the entrance with cloakroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet, bathroom with Italian shower of 120x90 and a sink.
A staircase leads to the second which is the sleeping area composed of 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, TV and storage. The 3rd bedroom and a dormitory with a double 140 cm mezzanine bed, a sofa bed, TV and storage chest. On the landing a second toilet and a bathroom with large 140x90 Italian shower, furniture, washbasin and towel dryer.
A second staircase will take you to the living room with fully equipped kitchen, family dining table that can accommodate 8 people, a 6-seater corner sofa, opening onto a terrace with breathtaking views of Lake Matemale.
The price of your rental varies depending on the duration and the desired period.
Electricity consumption costs are at your expense during the winter period. A deposit of €150 for a weekly rental and €75 for a weekend will be required 24 hours before your arrival. Rental only by the week during the winter or summer school holidays.
Possibility to rent on a smaller format the other weeks. Minimum 2 nights.

Rental not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Rubbish containers nearby and parking 150 metres away.
Possibility to park a vehicle in front of the chalet.
Contract made upon acceptance of the rental on request if necessary. Invoice also feasible.
Possibility to provide a cleaning and bed linen service directly with our concierge.
