Welcome to the DAMONA Gîte (Goddess of the Springs)!

Pretty house of character completely renovated in 2023, ideally located 200 metres from the Thermal Baths and the historic centre of Bourbon-Lancy (3 minutes walk), in the small rue des Sources which leads to the thermal district.
Our cottage for 1 to 2 people is composed of a cosy bedroom with a large double bed, a bright living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with spacious shower, a separate toilet. Perfect for a long or short stay!
Outside, you will have access to a private garden with terrace to recharge your batteries in front of the surrounding nature.
A private parking space is available free of charge.
Direct access to GR3, GTMC and EuroVélo 6, CELTÔ Spa and Wellness, Casino de Bourbon-Lancy.
25 minutes by car from the PAL amusement park.
The Loire and its water sports are 4 km away and at the gateway to the Morvan National Park.
In the process of being classified as furnished tourist accommodation.

OUR PRICES:

NIGHT: 72 euros
1 WEEK STAY: 364 euros (52 euros per night)
3-WEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT: 840 euros (40 euros per night)
Tourist tax: 3% / person
Long stays: supplement during heating period (20 euros / week)

For stays of one week or more:
Cleaning fee / 25 euros
Optional sheet rental: 15 euros
Optional towel rental: 10 euros / person
30% deposit to be paid at the time of booking

For OVERNIGHT STAYS:
Cleaning fee: 10 euros
Sheets and towels provided
