This charming cottage offers calm in the heart of the Corrézienne countryside while being both close to all shops. Spacious and very pleasant, the living/dining room offers a breathtaking view of the landscape, the village of Corrèze and benefits from natural light with constant sunshine. Apartment located on the ground floor of the owners' house, completely independent of the entrance to the outside, without any vis-à-vis.

The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one bedroom with a 140cm double bed with adjoining bathroom, one bedroom with a 120cm single bed. Possibility of additional beds on a Bz sofa (2 people 140 cm) and another Bz (1 person) installed in the bedroom with the 120cm bed. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. Functional, modern and fully equipped kitchen. Living area, lounge, dining room benefiting from large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the outside. A separate toilet. Places to visit about 100 km around: Collonges la Rouge, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Argentat ... The Dordogne with Terrasson, Sarlat, Lascaux, les Eyzies ... The Lot with Rocamadour, Martel, Souillac ... But also the Creuse with Aubusson, Lac de Vassivière or even Cantal, Mauriac, Salers, Puy Marie and Puy de Dôme, Bourboule, Mont Dore...
