Nice place

As described, clean, close to beach and shops. We were in town for softball which we didn’t even get to do, but we had a nice cool place to stay. If you are looking for all the bells a whistles this is not for you, If you want clean and affordable this is for you.

Okay…

The property is outdated in my opinion, however everything appeared to be clean. I do think the shower could have used a deep cleaning rather than a surface cleaning. The light switch above the sink in the kitchen is almost off of the wall which seemed a little concerning when trying to use. It’s about a quarter mile walk to the beach, which was quite a trek with smaller children and lugging all of our stuff. We ended up driving and paying for public parking on our subsequent visits to the beach. There were lots of roaches out at the pool deck, at night especially, which really personally grossed me out. The location is nice and lots of restaurants and shopping within a short drive. With a little bit of TLC, I think this place could be great!

Great location and nice pool

We stayed here with family for a week. It was clean and in a convenient location close to Waves souvenir shop and a Dodges with 24 hrs food. Air conditioning worked perfectly in 90+ heat. Pool was refreshing and always clean. Will stay here again.

I enjoy the property However

the property was cozy and roomy. there were some broken blinds, the door was hard to deadbolt. the pool was closed. the toilet seat needed repair. some of the light were burned out. Good location. great space just needed a little attention. I would stay there again.
