We are delighted to offer you this beautiful apartment in the city of Abomey-Calavi, not far from the economic capital Cotonou. It is close to the largest shopping centre Super U. It is a few minutes from the Venice of Africa (Ganvié). It is a modern air-conditioned apartment (spacious living room and 2 independent bedrooms) with a fully equipped kitchen (including a stove – gas oven). The completely private pool at the Rooftop is perfect for your relaxation.


The Schilo Residence is ideally located just minutes from the SUPER (U) shopping centre in Calavi, and close to attractions such as AgouaLand (the largest wildlife park in West Africa) as well as the historic city (Ganvié) a lakeside village, the Venice of Africa. It is an R+2 building with a Rooftop.
Our location makes your visit easy and allows you to enjoy all that Calavi and Cotonou and their surroundings have to offer.
The roof (Rooftop) of the residence is fully landscaped and arranged with natural plants and offers two parts accessible on request:
- A part with a swimming pool to offer you a relaxation area
- A covered part with a straw hut for a moment of rest and the time for a snack
The electricity works in prepay per charge. We will be happy to assist in recharging your electricity metre if necessary.
There is a washing machine line/dryer and everything needed for you.
Your apartment has a gas stove and has a hot water system as well.
. Each of the two spacious bedrooms has its own outbuildings (WC/shower), in an adjacent and private room.
The apartment therefore has all the modern and suitable equipment for your stay and your safety. There are surveillance cameras in the entrance and public areas for your safety.
In case of regular use, please check the level of the gas cylinder and make sure that it is fully filled. In any case, we also do this after each departure.
