FULL LAKE CASCADE AND WEST MOUNTAIN VIEWS! This Cascade cabin is adjacent to public land and is situated on nearly 1.5 acres. This cabin was recently remodeled and has a master bedroom on the main floor. Easy access to the covered deck from the sliding glass doors in the dining room or the master bedroom. Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please send us a message before booking. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES). All pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Potential $250 pet deposit/ PER pet based on following factors: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) and or deposit(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. This was a great spot for our family vacation with 3 generations. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed.
Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Cascade Getaway! We arrived after dark to a very clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated home. In the morning, opened the blinds to a most-spectacular view. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group of 7. We will visit again.
Beautiful property, proximity to the lake, perfect for a large family or friend getaway
This home is large enough for multiple families, the kitchen is very well equipped, small child friendly and well stocked, a beautiful view of the lake, but a little bit of a walk to it. It was everything we needed for a family getaway.
This home is so very clean, and such a great place to stay for a family, group, or just a couple's getaway. It is very well stocked with all the things you might need and the property management is quick to respond to any questions.

This wonderful lake house was the perfect get away for our family of 9 adults to enjoy the holidays together in a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, with gorgeous unobstructed lake and mountain views , and conveniently located close to Cascade. The home is well equipped to cook and relax, or you can go on a short, easy walk to the lakeshore. We loved everything about this home and our stay, including simple check in and check out . We would LOVE to come back and stay here again.
Enjoyed the house and the views were amazing. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was at 6am every morning the water well or something sounded as though it was resetting. Very noisy for about an hour.
Came ice fishing cascade. Great house. Awesome kitchen with island and table for playing cards. Great garage for keeping sleds and shacks in. Once again the group at frost property management took care and of us and helped with some date changes due to ice conditions. Huge shout out to them.
Only thing I would bring up is the drive way is as described. Very steep, we where not able to park our enclosed trailer at the house due to the main road ( not the driveway to the house) being slick from recent snow and could not get it backed into the pad up top. But the house does have a snow removal service so every day the driveway was cleared for the trucks
Very nice up to date vacation home. Well stocked kitchen and lovely views of the lake and mountains from house and deck. Minutes from the boat launch. Quality beds too.
Our daughter was married close by, and this house was able to handle 3 generations of family and friends. The hot tub was a nice touch on cool summer evenings.
